Property building in Hampton Inn Charlotte-Gastonia

All the staff was very friendly, front desk Linrie was wonderful and helpful when my card wouldn't work. Everything was clean, toiletries were readily available, and if you needed anything else, the front desk was always helpful. Breakfast every morning was delicious 😋 and coffee was availing 24/7. The location is quiet, with many locations to eat nearby and the stores not being that far away either

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. The breakfast was good and had a lot of variety to it. They gave us a 10% off coupon for the Texas Roadhouse that is down below the hotel for dinner. It was a nice stay and I will be going back.

Pool view in Hampton Inn Charlotte-Gastonia

Location was great, beds were so comfortable, shower was amazing! Fresh linens and the room was very clean! Also, lots of restaurants near by which was so helpful! I will definitely stay again!!!

Lobby or reception in Hampton Inn Charlotte-Gastonia

I Was a bit skeptical about the reviews, however was so happy that we made the right choice to stay here. Called from the road to confirm our room since booking.com listed check-in had to be by 11pm. Louise at front desk answered the phone and was so nice and ensured us that our room would be available whatever time we arrived. Check in at 1 am after a 10hour ride was super quick. Staff had great customer service. Room was exceptionally clean and beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was super clean. Interior of hotel was kept very neat and tidy. Pool was fabulous. Breakfast was good with several options.Overall excellent and we definitely will be back.

Breakfast was great. All that u needed. Was fully stocked and fresh. Pool was clean. Property was always neat and clean. Convenient to restaurants and shopping and access to interstate. Staff and mgt were absolutely awesome. Polite and helpful. Made u feel at home.

Our flight from Charlotte was cancelled and my family needed a place to sleep before our next flight so we booked same day through Booking. Hotel was very nice and clean and the staff was lovely (from midnight to 5 am!). We only stayed a few hours but we were impressed and would stay again.

I visit Gastonia about 3 times a year and always stay at the other hotels on Remount Rd. I'm never going to be staying anywhere else but this Hampton Inn from now on. Far surpasses the other's on Remount Rd. I liked everything about it, no negatives.
